Jack Mentzer is a 36 year veteran of the Elizabethtown Police Department in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  During his law enforcement career, he served as a Patrol Officer, Detective, Corporal and Lieutenant.  In November of 2005 he was appointed Chief of Police and served in that capacity until he retired in December of 2017.Mentzer is a 20 veteran of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, serving multiple tours in the Middle East with the 193rd  Special Operations Wing.Mentzer joined Talaria Transportation in October of 2018, and is instrumental in the inner workings of making the Talaria vehicles run every day.
