Todd M. Bashore is a 32 year veteran of the East Pennsboro Township Police Department in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.  Throughout his distinguished career, he served as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, and Department Firearms Instructor.  He also held the rank of Corporal and Sergeant and served in the Criminal Investigation Division.   In March of 2011, Bashore was appointed  Chief of Police and served in that capacity until he retired in April of 2018.Bashore is a 1985 graduate of the 33rd  PA Municipal Police Academy, attended Harrisburg Area Community College majoring in Police Science, and attended Police Executive Development program and Police Supervisor Training through Penn State University.In April of 2018, Bashore joined Talaria Transportation as a Regional Manager and is instrumental in the daily operations of Talaria’s outbound teams.
